Dr. Mark Hutchinson from the University of Maine will present a compost workshop for livestock mortalities on October 1, 2012 at the SDSU Southeast Research Farm in Beresford, SD. This is also a good opportunity to learn about principles of composting in general. This workshop is supported, in part, by the South Dakota SARE State Professional Development Program.
