Organic Dairy Day in Minnesota Features NCR-SARE Grant Recipient
The University of Minnesota West Central Research and Outreach Center will present a free Organic Dairy Day on August 7, 2012. The field tour will include NCR-SARE Graduate Student Grant Program recipient, Elizabeth Bjorklund's 2012 project, "Effect of Growth Meat Quality, and Profitability of Organically Raised Dairy-Beef Steers."
